From the moment you hire me as your doula, I will be there for you every step of the way, offering emotional support, physical comfort, and evidence-based information. Together, we will create a birth plan that aligns with your preferences and desires. During labor, I will provide continuous support, helping you manage pain, advocating for your needs, and ensuring a calm and nurturing environment. After the birth, I will assist with breastfeeding, offer a postpartum visit, and provide any additional support you may require. My goal is to empower you to make informed decisions and to help you feel confident and supported throughout your journey to motherhood.

During our prenatal visits, we will discuss your medical history, childbirth preferences, and birthing plans. My services include two comprehensive prenatal visits to ensure we cover all of your wishes to help deliver a beautiful birthing experience.
During labor and delivery, I will be by your side, offering continuous emotional and physical support. I will help you navigate through the different stages of labor, help provide comfort measures, and advocate for your birth preferences.
During the postpartum visit, we'll discuss your birth experience and provide breastfeeding assistance if needed. I'll also be available to answer any questions or address concerns about you or your baby.
